The SCAD Teacher Training Institute, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli is owned by SCAD Trust which is a charitable organization. This Teacher Training Institute was founded in December 2005 by Dr.S.Cletus Babu, Inspired by Dr.J.X.Amali Cletus Babu with the proper recognition of central and state Governments. Being a dedicated educational and socialist he started this institution with a healthy campus environment, modern amenities, latest infrastructure and well qualified and well experienced faculty with a view to providing quality teacher education.
In this institution many activities were given to the students, Spoken English classes for the students, we conduct many competitions, celebrates many function. Every year there are 100 outgoing students in our institution.
